In general we had a good experience, but for one of the pieces (cloud glider) their measurements online were completely wrong so we wasted a lot of time having it shipped, measuring it, realizing RH's error, having to coordinate a return that took forever to schedule. We weren't offered any compensation for their mistake.
Also I've unsubscribed from their spam emails 12 times now and they just keep sending them everyday. I think it's a shady and disrespectful business practice do that. I don't buy that "there's something wrong with our system", it's not rocket science to stop sending me emails when I ask 10 times. I don't have time to call customer service, wait on hold, have them say they'll fix it, it doesn't get fixed. Too much stress after giving them 6 figure purchases.
We do absolutely love the cloud sofa and their delivery people did an amazing job, so 5 stars there!
Finally, I think this "membership" thing is a scam way to get $200 from people. I find these types of things annoying and manipulative. I can just picture the marketing/biz developers pitching that in a meeting and it makes me cringe.
I love this RH. It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment with an interior designer, and the experience was seamless from start to finish.
I brought in a blueprint of my home with exact measurements, and the designer created a life size layout to help me visualize everything. Being able to customize every piece and see material samples in person made the process so much easier. Furniture delivery was quick, and the space is pet friendly, which I appreciate.
The interior designer helped me select everything for my living room and kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.

Terrible experience and subpar quality – Avoid this gallery
"I had an absolutely appalling experience at this location. What was meant to be a pleasant visit turned into a deeply upsetting situation due to the manager, Sara. She was incredibly rude to my children while they were on the terrace, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. It is unacceptable for a brand that positions itself as high-end to employ staff with such a poor attitude toward customers and families.
Furthermore, the product quality is disappointing; the furniture does not live up to the price tag and feels significantly lower in quality compared to true designer brands. If you are interested in their items, I strongly recommend ordering online instead. Do not waste your time visiting this gallery—save yourself the frustration of dealing with disrespectful management and mediocre products
