I called them about it they told me they will call me back the following week when the main manager will be in. Never received a phone call from them. I called them back myself, when I spoke to someone they told me I set it up wrong (online) even tho the account was set up in person with one of the employees at the front desk. They wouldn’t fix the problem for me. Won’t be returning! I wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone looking for a storage unit in the puyallup area!
