The other lady is just rude, and don’t have customer service skills. Finally moved storage locations and the owner called and wanted to make it work with them. I’ll never go back to that location.

Yes, absolutely! We welcome walk-ins and you can also call ahead to reserve a unit temporarily.
Is renter’s insurance required and does Storageland provide insurance coverage?
Renters' insurance is not mandatory at Storageland, and while we do not provide insurance directly, customers may opt for coverage through a third-party insurer.
How does the auto-pay feature work?
Currently, our auto-pay option involves setting up automatic monthly rent checks through your personal banking service to be mailed to us.
Can I pay my storage rent online?
At this time, online payment is not available. Rent can be paid in person using cash, check, or credit card, over the phone via credit card, or by mailing checks to our office.
What are the terms of the rental contract? Is there a minimum rental period?
We offer flexible month-to-month rental agreements without any long-term commitments.
Can I access my unit at any time? Do I need a security code?
24-hour access is not available at our Olympia and Lacey locations. Access hours and security details are provided on our property pages.
What promotions or discounts are available?
We offer a first-month rental promotion for $30 on any unit, a 5% discount for military personnel and seniors (65+), and one free month of rent when you prepay for 11 months.
What storage unit sizes are available and what can fit in each?
Our Olympia location provides more than 70 options ranging from 3’ x 4’ to 10’ x 20’, including climate-controlled, heated, or drive-up units. The Lacey location offers eight sizes from 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 30’ for unheated, drive-up units, depending on availability.
Are climate-controlled or heated storage units available?
Yes, our Olympia facility offers a variety of units including climate-controlled and heated options, which are available for an additional $10 per month over the unheated units.
