It was so old and dirty--- I didn't think it was salvageable. But after an hour of meticulous work, t looks great!!! We couldn't be happier. Dont hesitate to call Eco Pure---you won't be sorry!

There were a couple area's that had horrible black stains from god knows what and they are 98% gone! Just a slight shadow in a certain light. I am so impressed, they saved us thousands by not having to replace a 2,600 house with new carpet. Prompt, respectful and thorough. Great job guys!

He was very helpful and thorough on both the assessment of my needs and the steps in the process of pre cleaning, and the order of the work to be done. I had four bedrooms, family room, dining room, living room, and walk-in closet that had carpets cleaned. In addition he cleaned two couches, two chairs, and a loveseat. The work was completed over one and a half days to accommodate my request. I am very satisfied with the results as my furnishings look wonderful now... almost brand new with the exception of a few pet stains of longstanding which are barely noticeable. Thank you Jacob for a large job that was very well done. Finally it is important to add that Sean, the manager was also thorough and had excellent communication skills I would definitely use this company again.
