  After sifting through too many quotes for carpet cleaning services — Adam came through with the best quote for what we were needing done for our rental move out. Bob & Nick showed up and worked quickly/thoroughly. They did an amazing job! The service and job were a 10/10 for us, would definitely recommend!

  My husband installed a heated tile floor in our entry way, about 200sf of tile (lots of scrap) that we love and could not afford to buy all over again. He grouted it on Sunday and unlike previous tile projects, something went very wrong with the grout clean up! Long story short, we had a lot of heavy grout haze that we could not clean off. We tried everything we could try, but after a couple days we couldn’t do anymore. I called Blue Ribbon and they said they could come out the same day and at least do a test area to see if they could remove it. Adam showed up this afternoon and didn’t know if he could remove all the grout haze but had some things to try. He worked very hard and while it doesn’t all look like new, ( maybe, and to us knowing what we know) it is so much better than it was and what is left is very hard to see and people who don’t know what happened probably couldn’t spot the little bit of grout haze remaining. We are very thankful they could come the same day and removed almost all of the grout haze, down to a level we can work on ourselves, and probably live with. I’d highly recommend this company!

  This is beyond expectations. My dog pooped on the carpet before the potty trained two years ago. I rented a carpet cleaner from home depot three times over the two year course. It never removed. But today, they removed the stain completely. I highly recommend. I wish I could give them 6 stars for review.

  I called Blue Ribbon to repair some of the carpet in my new home. I told the shop owner that the previous homeowner's dogs had chewed up some of the carpet edge and some carpet pad underneath was missing - even sent pictures. The repair guy came and repaired the carpet - only for me to later discover he didn't put any replacement pad underneath. There's a noticeable difference when walking on carpet that does and doesn't have pad underneath. I called the owner and he said the repair guy didn't bring carpet pad with him on this job... SO THEN WHY DID HE PROCEED WITH THE REPAIR ANYWAY? Repair guy comes back out, blames the owner for not knowing the job needed some carpet padding (despite the original phone call and pictures), but proceeds to try and repair it right. Well, he had to leave because he didn't bring the right bit to fasten tack strips to concrete. But... he knew there was concrete from the first repair attempt! He came out a 3rd time and finished the job, but I still had to point out areas that were missing some pad, or the edges weren't tacked down. Welp, instead of one long strip of repaired carpet, I have three square sections of repair. I've even had to hot glue sections that were flaring up and cut away stray filaments that were left behind. $300 later and I'm really disappointed in the work that was done and the experience of it all.
