She was so prompt in getting back to me and arranging a good time for Steve to come out to measure the windows. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Spencer was the installer and did 5 windows within two hours! He had old ones to change out too! Overall the customer service is fantastic from Budget Blinds and they offer very competitive prices and came below all the other bids we had. Mary was fantastic and efficient and so responsive and also a great communicator, I told my husband to hire her!

However, what really convinced us to go with them was our design consultant, Steve. Steve was easy to work with, provided his opinion when appropriate and stepped back when we needed to decide something on our own and gave us an alternative brand and products to consider when we eventually changed our mind. Steve even came to our house a second time on short notice to let us look at samples of the different brand so we could confirm our decision. And a small thing, he was patient with us as we gave him detailed instructions on how to interact with our reactive dog (who also eventually loved Steve btw) and he followed them exactly. That kind of thing matters a lot to us when it comes to people visiting our home. After about 2 months, we had our blinds installed and we love them. Can't thank Steve enough for the whole experience. Highly highly recommend
