We were upset that we’d be without blinds for over a month, so I called and spoke to Walter. He sent out temporary blinds for us to use until our blinds come in. We really appreciate Walter helping us out!

She was so prompt in getting back to me and arranging a good time for Steve to come out to measure the windows. Steve was a pleasure to work with. Spencer was the installer and did 5 windows within two hours! He had old ones to change out too! Overall the customer service is fantastic from Budget Blinds and they offer very competitive prices and came below all the other bids we had. Mary was fantastic and efficient and so responsive and also a great communicator, I told my husband to hire her!
