Plus, I wanted to know if the corporate office is listening, or was this just a dart board that goes nowhere. I did not post details as I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond first. I am happy to note, they did. I got a call within an hour of posting and had a great conversation with someone...from corporate. I voiced my viable concerns, and was met with empathy, (which never solves a problem, but it is nice), along with the possible solutions. Now I will say the problem wasn't whisked away like magic, but my voice was heard, I understand more background information, the problem is resolved to my satisfaction, and as important; I appreciated the quick response and what I felt was a genuine desire by the company to make sure I was happy and the issue was resolved. This is how companies are supposed to act. I will continue to be a customer. Thank you, Ryan
