  I purchase a table and 6 chairs from Yardbird in June 2022. Cost about $4k. Stored the chairs in the garage for the winter but unfortunately could not fit the table in the garage. We live in a windy area and to avoid the table being blown into some windows I stored it upside down on small wooden blocks. The tables have a design flaw that allow them fill with water and that water froze splitting the metal tabletop creating sharp edges on the top. Called yardbird and they were familiar with this flaw. They stated that it happens occasionally but firmly stated that it was not a warranty issue and there was nothing they could do help me. I’m now left with the issue of buying an another table to go with the six chairs or trying to find a matching table. I was just looking for someway to have them help me justify buying another table. They would do absolutely nothing! I wouldn’t count on them honoring any type of warranty claim. I tried customer service and their website chat feature. Same response…”Your fault…nothing we can do. “

  I share the desire some others that reviewed had is wanting to see the items I was purchasing at these prices and chose this company so I could visit in the showroom. The quality that arrived at my door was not what was seen in the store. I spent over 4K on chaise lounges that had such bent up cushions we actually laughed when we saw them. They will not replace them and will charge a 250 restock fee. I've sent pictures and had many phone calls. You can purchase better quality for a fraction of the price from companies with a better return policy who care whether their customers have gotten what they paid for. Stay far away from this overpriced unethical company.

  I absolutely love our new patio set!! The product is awesome and exactly what we had hoped for. The only reason it is not 5 star is the shipping. The website says ships within 2 weeks when it should say about 2 weeks. The white glove delivery could use some work but that is not a Yard Bird problem. Overall it was a great experience!

  Just received our new Yardbird outdoor set. Fantastic customer service. Just over two weeks from order placement to receiving at our house. Eden set is high quality, fantastic looking and comfortable!
