Hal started Window-ology in 1993. Never shying away from a challenge, he learned the business by doing every aspect of the job and taking on projects that other companies couldn't or wouldn't do. That experience has proven to be very useful to find solutions for many unusual situations.
Today our team has grown to include individuals who share our desire to serve our clients as our number one goal. We offer you the options; helping to guide and educate you throughout the process and explain the benefits of each window covering choice. We promise to serve you to the best of our ability by recommending the best product to suit your needs and fit your budget. Any questions? We're just a phone call away.
I ordered window coverings from Window-ology several years ago. Since the business name is so easy to remember, I was happy to learn that they were still in business when I Googled the name. Pamela was the sales person who came to my home. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a large window in my master bedroom. She showed me a couple options, helped me choose colors & followed up w/price quotes. Both were more than I had planned to spend, so I was very pleased that she didn't stop there & called me back w/another option. She came back a second time to show me the style & colors available more in my price range. Hal (owner) & Pamela are both personable & provide the type of customer service that is rare today. Payment was made easy via Zelle & I'm looking forward to receiving my new window covering later this month!

When we built our house in 1996 we heard about Hal and Window-ology and had him come and do all the window coverings and shades in the house. Hal helped us figure out what type of shade would work for different windows and sliding glass doors and helped us pick up fabrics colors. After installing everything we were amazed at how wonderful everything looked and how he put the finishing touch in every room. Since then we have called Hal for all of our needs and he has always come up with just the right solution. But what is most important is that Hal is not only knowledgeable and professional but he defines what Customer Service should look like. He has always had a great and positive attitude and is always extremely responsive to any question and all repairs or changes that need to be made. There is no one better to take care of any window covering than Hal and Window-ology!

We purchased our Hunter Douglas programmable cellular shades from Hal about 6 years ago. He gave us options for features, materials, colors at different price points. He installed them and has always been wonderful about answering any questions we had about programming and resyncing the system to our remote control, app and hub.

Window-ogy was the best. My blinds are beautiful and the service was excellent. Hal, the owner, came by later with a blind request in a room. The blinds went up beautifully and took very little time to install. Also, when they came to give me an estimate, it was very pleasant and informative. Thank you Hal.
