The one time that we were more than 5 days late we received a threatening letter that said we would be locked out if we were any more than 17 days past due. You read that correctly. 17 DAYS. When I called about being several months ahead of schedule over the summer and this being our first delay due to a bank switch over I was told there were several charges that were tacked on. We paid two full months at that time and all the fees. Fast forward a month later when we go to use our storage unit and our key won't work. We go to the office that is supposed to be open until 4/4:30, depending on google or yelp, and they are closed. This was at 3:15. Unreal. Do NOT use extra room and storage.
