    this review is not at all about the tech we were assigned (Zach) as he did all he could to get this resolved and was nice and respectful the whole time, but more about the pricing/business as a whole when i submitted an appt request i stated we were pretty sure on what the issue was with our GE washer - a faulty control board and lock - yet when the tech came the first time he diagnosed everything and said the issue was only the lock/door latch but he didn’t have the part to replace it, so he had to come again the next day.. now i’m not sure if this was just not communicated from his dispatching team or what, but to not plan to have parts available at all when it’s a simple enough issue is pretty annoying to the customer, not only that but upon fixing the lock it turned out the issue was the control board exactly as I had said when i first sent the appt request and spoke over the phone with the booking agent we booked with them because they had the soonest availability and we needed our washer thinking this could get us the repair on the same day of our first appointment, but three days of back and forth later and $500+ less in our wallets is what it took to replace a ~$140 control board and ~$35 door lock.. and i’ve not received safe to say next time we’ll wait for Tommy D or Dave’s to be available because this is some pretty high pricing for this area and not so great coordination between whoever takes appointment details and the dispatchers/techs, be also aware that while everyone else takes their service fee off the labor cost if you end up doing repairs they don’t (and also have a higher one of $125) so you’ll pay for both first and last time we use them - but again not a review of the tech he was great, just the company as a whole

    Overall customer experience was fantastic. From the office call, scheduling, to the technician. Will came and looked at our fridge issue and was pleasant and professional. I ultimately decided to not fix the issue due to the age of the fridge and never felt pressure to go one direction or the other. I will be calling G & H again for any appliance issues or repairs in the future. Highly recommend.

    I am a tenant and not the owner however Justin was very knowledgeable concerning my issues with the microwave and the stove. He arrived earlier than what was stated and that was great. He was able to resolve the problem with the microwave very quickly and he came to the conclusion that the out side knobs for the stove needed to be replaced and sent a form for the realtor to approve so that repair can be made as soon as possible. I appreciate Justin’s friendliness, work ethics & quick service although he will need to return. Thanks Justin!

    Great experience working with GH Appliance Repair. They were very communicative prior to the appointment ensuring that the maintenance technician was prepared to address the problem on the first visit. Maintenance technician Trey was prompt, called ahead, and was courteous and engaging. He addressed the problems we had with our appliances quickly and effectively.

    Zack came to assess the problem with our washer. After he found the problem I remembered we had an extended warranty so I wasn't able to have him fix it He arrived on time, and was very courteous. He gave us some advice on how to sort our loads to lessen the chance of the same problem in the future. We've had him work on our appliances in the past and have been very satisfied.
