With guests coming to celebrate Thanksgiving at our home I was so relieved when GH came out on two separate occasions and diagnosed and repaired both appliances. Both repair technicians were knowledgeable and personable and understood the importance of having a working dishwasher and oven by Thanksgiving. Communication with the office was excellent and technicians arrived promptly when they said they would. Will keep their number handy for the next time.

He showed me what was wrong with my dryer, what would be needed and gave me a price quote for the parts needed and said he’d be back Thursday to do the repair. When he returned, he made sure it was done correctly and cleaned up the area where he was working. I would definitely recommend GH Appliance repair and ask for Trey. 😊

Zach was super knowledgeable and friendly. He had our repair done and our water maker working within 20 minutes. I would give him 10 stars if I could. So glade I found GH Appliance Repair. They will be the only place I will call for any of my appliance repair needs
- JWJeff WestrickNov 10, 20255.0Requested service on Oct. 30, Tech at residence Nov.5 to diagnose what was needed to stop water from constantly dripping into tub. Inlet valve assembly ordered, on Nov. 10 the valve was replaced. Seems to have fixed the constant drip. First visit by the tech cost $125 and the second visit plus parts cost $360.21 for total of $485.21. Three year warranty on the replacement part. The only recommendation would be to put the technician's name on the invoice.

I learned more about my 15-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator during his visit then i have understood the entire time.I've had it. He was helpful without being condescending . He listened, ask questions and saved me a lot of money by figuring out the problem was not a compressor as I feared.. anotherbTechnician could have charged me a ridiculous amount. And I would never have known the difference. At the end of his service call, He made sure to point out that there is a 90 day guarantee on his work. And if a problem came up they would come back over and fix it gratis. Incredible!
