She wrote everything down for me in Layman’s terms as to what I needed and how often I needed it as well as cleaning maintenance and pump maintenance. She sold me what I needed and when I asked if I should buy more to keep on hand, she said “no, bring me your water samples every week and I will tell you what you need”. Awesome business that doesn’t try to oversell for profit.
