I was surprised at how quickly he fixed the problem. I thought it would take a couple of hours but it only took him less than 30 minutes to my surprise. Great job.

He also made sure all the pilots were lit evenly; even the center burner. I appreciate that he calls before his arrival which has always been on time or ahead of the scheduled time.He has always been very professional, polite, and knowledgeable.He even provided me input on how to maintain the stove.

Unlike Sears home warranty and their lack of efficiency taking forever to schedule a repair visit only to cancel it last minute or tech no show. Then parts have to be ordered and the cycle begins. If you are considering Sears home warranty don’t waste your money or for that matter your time because that’s what you will face. Lastly I was a loyal sear customer for 20 plus years last year something changed they fired all their customer service and went to ai chat bot which absolutely sucks. You cannot talk to a human good luck trying. As you can tell I’m really mad how my last service request went to the point I cancelled my contract. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all.
