He is the only employee (manager included) that has great customer service! Honestly Jay is too good for this store! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are dealing with Jay. I’d only give 1 star if he didn’t work there.

You are already paying double the price when you get these items and then on top of that you have to deal with your nasty power playing associates who have no knowledge and probably have an elementary school education and no customer service skills whatsoever. I definitely would Not recommend spending your money in a place like this you’re spending your money which is the reason why they have a job in the very first place you get trashy items and trashy service.

I have never seen someone who suppose to be a store manager but can’t override anything in the system. Customer service is not good at all. And I am still waiting on my certificate for paying my account off as well as my money back THAT YOU’LL OWE me and won’t stop until I get it. Know try and draft another payment from me next month smh

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
