- KGKillerMuffins7 GamingFeb 12, 20241.0this store has been beating around the bush with my order. i ordered a washer and dryer online where its been at their store for a week, they just called me about my delivery saying i have to pay $42 before the delivered it. now I've done this before i actually have another account from the town i use to live in and NEVER HAVE BEEN TOLD I HAVE TO PAY$42 they will delivery it. so i called the the store i had my original account from and asked them, they said that isn't right especially since i have the first payment already set up to come out on the 19th. and told me to request to have my account transfered to them, i have no issues with them because they always seem to be friendly and work with me, so i did. this store kept asking why i wanted to get it transfered and asked if i got my items yet and said they would have to make sure by the other store it was okay. i call up the other store one more time and explain EVERYTHING to them and they have their GM sending my account to them since they dont know how to do their jobs and try to charge more than what they are suppose it.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
