  I've been fighting imported red fire ants for a couple of summers, and they've come inside during the cold. Shane was here today for quarterly spraying. He obtained info for interior treatment should I need it, pre-treated risky areas (crape myrtle), and instructed me on steps/timing for optimally treating the yard to eliminate them as they become active again. Valuable information.

  The salesman from our first meeting was amazing. ( John) He was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would do it . He also assured me it was safe for my pets, that was important to me! The service was efficient and all of the people I have met or dealt with have been amazing! Spiders were my biggest concern and the treatment has worked incredibly well! – no more bugs in the house. I appreciated how reliable and thorough the whole process was, and the follow‑up call to make sure everything stayed pest‑free. Definitely the most dependable pest control experience I’ve had in a long time.

  I am not satisfied with my experience as a new customer. I feel several important areas of my home were overlooked during the inspection and service. In my bathroom, there is a large opening along the tub that was neither sealed nor evaluated as a possible entry point for mice. My living room walls were not checked for mouse droppings, and the inspection of my kitchen and bedrooms was very limited, with only one area in each room being checked. I was not informed of any potential interior entry points, nor was I given a clear assessment of whether the infestation was considered small or large.Even when asked I was told he wasn’t sure 😔. The only issue discussed with me was an exterior vent that needed sealing because it was open at the top. I expected a much more thorough INTERIOR inspection and EXCLUSION service, especially since that was my understanding of what I was paying for. I contacted the company afterward to express my dissatisfaction, but no resolution was offered. I was told that the representative felt the technician had done a good job based on the outside photo that was attached , which was frustrating, as I am the customer and should feel satisfied with the service I received. That response did not address my concerns. Additionally, when I asked why only five traps were placed, I was told that was all the technician had available and was further told, in a sarcastic manner, that even if there were 30 mice, 30 traps would not be placed. This response was unprofessional and made the situation worse. Overall, I expected a thorough investigation of where mice may be present in my home, along with interior sealing and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Due to the lack of thoroughness, communication, and resolution, I would not recommend this company for mice . I asked several questions before proceeding with this company to make sure that all would be covered and unfortunately they didn’t cover what they said they would . My technician was nice that’s the only positive thing I can say .
