  If I could give it zero stars, I would! I signed up for a spot for my camper on the 10th of the month. Their system let me set my payment date for the 10th of every month. I received a payment reminder text on the fourth of the month that stated to disregard the message if I was set up for auto pay. So of course, I disregarded the message because I was in fact set up for auto pay . When I finally got my statement, I was charged a $25 late fee and now a $25 security deposit . I tried calling for a couple of days, and the phone just rang and rang. When someone finally answered the phone, the woman told me that my payment was due on the first and I set auto payment set up for the 10th and that’s why I was charged the late fee and a $25 security deposit. Making me feel like it was my fault. She would not refund the late fee or the security deposit, even though it was a fault in their system, and no fault of mine. I explained to her that it does not matter to me when my payment comes out and that it was dirty business for them to allow me to set an auto payment that would automatically charge me a late fee and security deposit. The woman did not care and said she couldn’t do anything for me, so I promptly told her that I would be removing my equipment from their property and canceling my account . I just can’t justify doing business with a company like this in this day and age with prices on everything going up around us.

  ABSOLUTELY UNTRUSTWORTHY If you value your belongings, do not trust Storage Wise of Locust Grove II. I stored thousands of dollars’ worth of furniture here, only to have it ruined by water dripping from or near their ceiling. Despite clear evidence that the damage originated within their facility, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, my insurance claim was denied because Storage Wise hides behind technicalities and won’t accept accountability for the conditions of their own building. Their attitude toward customers is dismissive and unprofessional—once they have your money, you’re on your own. A storage company’s basic responsibility is to provide a safe, dry space. Storage Wise of Locust Grove II failed at that most fundamental duty. The damage to my property is permanent and costly, yet they showed no willingness to make things right. I cannot stress this enough: avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of storage facilities out there that value their customers and maintain their property. Storage Wise of Locust Grove II is not one of them.

  Convenient to Lake of the Woods and Twin Lake Villas. It is an unattended location. You must book online. Sometimes a special online deal for new customers. We are pleased with the facility and appreciate the thought that went into the design and implementation.
