He took videos in my crawl space of what he found, which was very helpful to my home insurance adjuster. Obviously that problem needed to be taken care of before ducts could be cleaned. Harold and Noah returned 2 weeks later. They were prompt and professional! Ductwork and dryer vent was cleaned in a timely manner, with little to no interruption to our daily routine. My experience with Dirty Dog has been excellent and I highly recommend them.
