We had a couple spots that started to ripple and Stuart just re-stretched it right out. We also had a spot of paint on the carpet and Stuart was able to patch it and make it seamless. I won’t call anybody else.

He was incredibly professional and thorough, making sure I understood the process and what to expect after the cleaning. One of my couches had cat urine stains and he was able to remove the smell completely! This is my third time using the company and i will continue to use them in the future!

They asked questions about where to lay the rug and politely obliged to make sure the rug was tucked under the couch exactly how I wanted it. They were careful to move the plants to the side before laying the rug, and also asking for a broom to clean up the space since there were leaves on the floor from the plants. They went above and beyond to do a wonderful job. Thanks, Jamie and Cory!
