Let get to this agreement I asked them to pick up my washer because they are over priced four times so i got the brand new samsung set for the quarter of the price straight out . They were suppose to pick up the washer many times but did not . Now we are on cov19 and they want to come in my house to pick up I dont think so .I sat outside unit I was informed I would only be charged for matress which is 47 a month now I have been charged 107 twice . They never know how much your suppose to pay or when. They were suppose to contact cooperate to get my $ back now here it is Easter sunday and they took out another 107 and not open until mon at noon . If I was you I would never deal with these people ever again in life they take advantage of people. The thing is my credit is not bad I just used them in the past so I used them now .

She tried help me with situation at fredericksburg store location, in which is still not taking care of thru 3 days of phone calls to the the corp.office .. They still continue to take money off my 70 yrs old mom's SSI card each month after I have told them that the mower was stolen in may 2017.... How does a company do this to an elderly person.? Who not only lost her husband of 56 years plus her home also ? Yes she needs to call SSI to have a new card mailed . But was trying to trust in getting her money back. But any way.. Thanks Julia .. Your help was appreciated . But still I continue to get her refunded her money . No luck yet.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
