On line said reston store had them and I could pick them up that day. The only notice from the store was a text stating they would let me know when the order is available for pickup. Weeks have gone by and I'm still waiting for my order... I inquired, on line, about my order and the container store Customer Service wrote back stating I needed to contact the store... really?
