- JTJane TMay 9, 20263.0Try to avoid this store at least for these couple weeks…it is chaotic… with some sort of “store change” going on! I have been a decade long customer of the Container Store but recently this store service is going down at all level. I picked up an online order and found out three parts were missing after I got home. I went back to store and spent over 20 minutes to find out why. During the whole time, the manager ignored me while she blamed the cashier who seemed to be new there and trying to help me. When someone else finally took the time to locate my ordered parts which were supposed to be in my original pickup order, I thanked her for help. But I did not know what happened that caused me the time and trip to come to get them. And from the beginning to end, I did not get an explanation or even an apology for this store mistake. I felt being ignored as a loyal customer. Wont be back for a while…

No one offered to assist me look for the item I was searching for as I stood in the aisle confused. They just looked. So I left. Again. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

She said there’s a name change and I just need to agree. I told her I don’t want to. They have a quota to hit and is trying to get customer to sign up without informing them.
