  They have the best customer service no matter who you are dealing with from the schedular to technicians. Just perfect.

  Been meaning to do this for sometime now. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one was pretty bad. Pitched some discount on cleaning area rugs. I don't like to do this with this business as they want to remove them and then they take forever to return them. Then we told there was no discount after all, that the tech didn't understand his new software. If Larry the Cable Guy doesn't understand how to use a computer, that's not our problem. Story only gets worse from there. Better luck next time, Chet.
