  Have been buying from home appliance for over 10 years they are the only appliance store we will purchase from. On multiple occasions they have gone above and beyond fixing various items. Most recently we just purchased a dishwasher and I installed it myself. After installing and doing a test run, I quickly learned there was damage to the dishwasher causing a leak. The next day I. Called Rudy and he immediately was all over it. My only ask was since I was tied up could the delivery team possible drop off a new one and pick up the damaged one? (Note when we purchased it they were 2-3 week weeks out on delivery - so I knew it would be an ask as their schedule was tight) He said absolutely we will have it to you today! The new one was delivered within 4 hours. It’s awesome working with a company who stands behind their products and does not give the customer the run around - as installing a dishwasher only to find out was damaged and is leaking isn’t very fun and the last think you want to do is deal with a company who gives you the run around.   I purchased from Home Appliance Co. 33yrs ago and still recommending them today. They service their products and still one of the few places who answer their phones. Customer service is like a good ole fashioned “handshake” They have also price matched and found rebates for me! ⭐️

  I was pleasantly surprised to find home appliance had the same appliances And the same prices I had found at a couple of big box stores, Plus, they delivered and hooked up the new appliances and Took the old appliances with them all at no additional cost. I would have given them five stars apart from the installation process. Both of the technicians were very careful and very good at maneuvering through some tight places, but the one who hooked up the washer and dryer Ran the washer through a cycle without water (I had shut it off at the manifold and forgot to tell them), And the one who installed the refrigerator said that it was wedged at the top. When I ask him if we could simply screw the feet in a little bit (It was obvious they were extended) He informed me they were all the way in. After they left, I screwed the feet in which unstuck the top and I was able to level the refrigerator which he had not. I would not hesitate to recommend home appliance!
