  The customer service is good before they get your money, if something is wrong with what you purchased , they change like night and day and become very rude and dismissive towards you. I hope it’s not a race thing but who knows! DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS And they don’t care if they are wrong in the situation. They sold me a king mattress that was supposed to be 76x80 inches (WHICH IS STANDARD sizing) the mattress was 74x78 and didn’t fit my brand new bed frame . And frankly they didn’t care I asked for a copy of the warranty and they didn’t have it the manager Jon said he’d call me back when he gets one from the manufacturer and I haven’t heard from anybody since! Warranty should be given upon purchase! And should be on hand! And it clearly says on the receipt warranty is provided upon request. What a joke they basically stole $1000 from me and didn’t care to rectify the situation. Spend your money elsewhere and don’t buy any off brand mattresses stick with Sealy or beauty rest (well known brands )and don’t go to this small business go to Ashley , Costco, or Marksons Or just bring measuring tape and measure your mattress before you give them a penny cause you can’t trust them to be forthcoming with any error possibilities , store policy or providing you with a copy of the warranty ! Because after I realized that the mattress was too small and I reached out to them, they told me that all mattresses have a range anywhere between 2 to 4 inches of being smaller or larger, but they didn’t tell me that upon purchase if he did, I would have asked to measure it to make sure it was the size I needed it instead of being stuck with a mattress that’s too small. The mattress brand: Dreamscape bedding innovation ( I called them also and they won’t give me a warranty and told me they don’t want anything to do with this situation and to contact the store and obviously I got nowhere with the store so they left me at a dead end be very cautious about dealing with them!

  This place was so great! I walked in here after going to most of the other big furniture stores in town. The selection at most places is pretty overpriced for what it is. Rochester doesn't have much in the way of high end furniture, but raymour and stores like that want to charge thousands of dollars for couches that'll fall apart in 5 years. Well, that wasn't the case here! They consistently had similar furniture, or even the same brands, for way cheaper! The couch I was looking at was 600$ more in other stores. The salesman was friendly and not pushy, they had deals on floor models, and even gave us free throw pillows. The delivery was a breeze, I called and they came within a day. They were in and out in like 10 minutes, and didn't make any mess. Smoothest furniture experience I've ever had. Definitely made the right choice going to a local shop instead of some big business. Would recommend!

  Never in my life have I heard of a place charging a cancellation fee if cancelled before accepting delivery. 50% cancellation fee is absolutely absurd. Plenty of better options and more customer friendly service furnitire stores to go to.

  I would give this place a negative five star rate if it was possible. I'm well over 2 years into paying for a $5,000 Furniture loan never missed a payment have paid extra and I still owe close to what I started paying for two years ago. The kicker is the couch that I bought started falling apart within less than 6 months, I brought it to their attention they told me they were going to hook me up with new cushions give me in touch with whoever I needed to get everything fixed and make me happy. Those phone calls never came. This is a rip-off low quality High markup furniture sales place. I bought Furniture here for over a decade and will never darken those doorstep again. Would not recommend that anybody else did either. Can find better furniture on the curb on garbage night

  Buyer beware. My wife and I went into the store to purchase a sofa, we found one that we liked and had ordered it. We were told it would be delivered within a few days but a week to 10 days at most. After a week we were told it would be another 2 weeks. Ultimately my wifes mother who was going to pay for half decided to move out and the spot this sofa was going to go we no longer needed one. So we called today to cancel the order and were told that we couldn't and we had to keep it. I have a rude Voicemail from the guy John saying if we didn't take delivery we would be charged a 50% restocking fee. This was not discussed or disclosed to us at the time of purchase. Nothing was delivered and they didn't hold up to their end of the bargain for the delivery time frame. If we don't receive a full cancelation I will be going to the AG office. This is horrible business practice and manipulation by them. Part 2. Again no one told us anything about it being a special order or had gone over any type of cancelation fee. They just told us to sign because of the financing. Also let me guess you tell everyone anything they buy in your store is a special order after the fact right? That's a horrible way to conduct business and I would highly advise everyone to not purchase from places that do this! I also was told you had some pieces in and not all through the first recorded phone call I have but somehow now you have everything? That leeds me to think were trying to give me one of the pieces from the floor. Regardless we were originally lied to about the delivery date they had never disclosed to us about any fee to cancel. You also had never came to my house with any delivery thats another lie. I will be more then willing to take this matter to court if need be.
