I reached out in early March was set up with a consultant but there was no follow up or response on quote and how to move forward. I then called again and there was no call back. I also noticed another review with the same experience. I don’t understand how consultants have a call ask for the dimensions and then disappear?. Already it is overwhelming to move and then continue to feel disorganized because the place that has a service to help this process is not responding.

Yes, you can still take advantage of our free design service even if you are not close to a store by making a Virtual Design appointment. Your Design Specialist will work with you over your phone, tablet or computer.

Yes, our In-Home Organizers will come to your home to organize any space. They will develop a written proposal that includes our time and cost for products to transform your space. Once the plan is agreed upon, they will organize, label, drop off donations and complete any returns needed.
Can you help me select the right products and organizers for my existing custom space?
Of course. Any of our Store Specialists would be happy to help you select the right products for your space. Or, choose to make an appointment with one of our In-Home Designers.
