  This is my first time receiving soil products from here. Many years ago I ordered some large stone from Krantz. Let me tell you, I am so darn impressed with the quality of their compost compared to my disappointingly several orders of the yellow bag products filled with gravel and clay from another source. This Krantz compost is so nice and rich and even smells slightly like cows on the farm. The compost was so finely ground, as a disabled senior citizen it made easy work to top dress my lawn and garden. I found no clay and no gravel in my delivery. I received three yards but could not use it all at once. Fortunately, because the yellow bag company no longer puts a deposit on their bags, I had one on hand and filled an old one up with much superior Krantz compost to be used later in the fall. Staff. I had a couple of phone conversations with office staff and one with the delivery driver. All interactions were five stars. Everyone was pleasant, positive and upbeat.
