Ordered an EV Car Charger waited 5 days and they sent me a “Bed Swing”. Lowe’s said it was the third party vendors issue the 3rd party told me to contact Lowe’s. In the end I had to drive 25 minutes to the closes t store and return the item I never ordered so I could reorder the item I did order. Needless to say I bought from somewhere else instead.

Couldn't find white outside duplex outlet covers. Please provide cashiers at your checkout lanes. I'm not a cashier. There was only 1 person and no one helped us. People need jobs! People also deserve human interaction and help with their purchases. Ill be going somewhere else next time.

Ordered two toilets and paid for installation which, per the Lowe’s website, includes haul away of the old toilet. After paying, I was sent a link from Thumbtack to schedule my installation with the plumber. On the day of installation the plumber arrives with the toilets and asks who will be taking the old toilets and my response was that I assumed he would be since I was never given any other instructions from Lowe’s and since the installation I paid for included haul away. The plumber was not at all aware of this and when we both called Lowe’s no one could give us a clear answer. I left my name and number with two different Lowe’s locations and never heard back from either one. The plumber ended up having to take both toilets back, a total waste of his time and of mine.
Totally disappointed with the customer service at Lowe’s. I get that there are times when a manager or department head is not available to answer a question but the lack of follow up is completely unacceptable.

I bought a door opener for the storm door and got home the piece in it was bent so I went to return it I said I got a new one from.home depot and then there mood changed and treated me poorly and kept making comments i was about to spend a bunch of momey simce i just bpught a home but after that i will never be coming back and telling everyone i know about how i was treated at lowes custumer sevice is not a thing at this store they need to be retrained and have hr in the store watching ehat there doing. when I asked for custumer sevice number so wont be coming back and will be telling my friends and family about the poor experience and selling faulty equipment so me and my family will not be coming back ever again.
