- SWSteve WApr 26, 20265.0I recently took one bricked stihl and one rough working stihl for repairs. Russo, formerly Haltom, were straight forward, saved me money, and were timely with both machines. They saved me time and money on my bricked one by diagnosing it and calling it DOA for no charge and they saved me time and money again on my other machine by replacing the bar, cleaning my adjuster, a giving a nice tune up turned it around timely. My old MS171 is running again with new life. I am glad to continue recommending and will be glad to return to Russo for help on stihl products. Cheers to the whole team there. Thank you very much for your help.

They are a little too good at their jobs because my wife seems to bring home a new STIHL every time we go in. Also they I think encourage my wife to mow more gravel than grass.😂. Overall great people.

If you're looking for a new kioti tractors their prices are very "competitive". I did a lot of looking everywhere online and was very pleased to find the best deal I could find was 5 miles away from home.

When servicing my equipment, do you offer pick-up and drop-off for my machine?
Yes, we charge $80 for the delivery of equipment within a 20-mile radius of our locations. Extra fees apply for anything beyond 20 miles.
Is there a diagnostic charge just to look at my machine?
Yes, there is a diagnostic fee for all equipment:
- For small to medium landscape equipment, a charge worth .5 hrs of labor is applied.
- For large tractors, RTVs, utility loaders, and truck & trailer equipment, a charge worth 1.0 hrs of labor is applied.
How long will it take for my machine to be diagnosed & repaired?
Wait times can vary depending on the time of year and parts availability. Please call ahead to inquire about our lead times.
Do I need an appointment for my equipment to be serviced?
For equipment, we use a "1st come, 1st service" system; there are no appointments.
For trailers, spreaders, and plows, call ahead to make an appointment or submit a Service Request Form.
If you don't have the part that I need, can you order it?
We can special order almost anything. Let's work together to find the part that you need!
What kinds of parts do you carry?
We carry thousands of parts for all types of outdoor power equipment including engines, air filters, belts, batteries, spark plugs, trimmer line, blades, maintenance kits, and so much more.
