  I would not recommend Lake Park Storage due to their late fee structure, which imposes a 10% charge if rent is not paid by the 8th of the month, followed by an additional 10% charge if payment remains outstanding by the 15th. For example, on a rental fee of $143.00, a late fee of $14.30 would be assessed on the 8th, with another $14.30 charge applied on the 15th, bringing the total amount due to $171.60. When I inquired about these additional fees, Iesha, a Lake Park Storage employee, stated that this policy is in compliance with Georgia state law. I strongly advise ensuring that rental payments are submitted between the 1st and 7th of each month to avoid these charges.

  Iesha Trujillo was very nice and respectful. She went over everything about the storage rental process to help me understand the process of renting a storage unit. I would recommend anyone to rent from Lake Park Storage.

  Lake Park Storage is always clean and office staff always have a smile on their face. Mrs. Iesha the office manager has great customer service. I recommend this storage facility to anyone storing in Albany, Ga !

  Iesha the manager was awesome and helped me find the right unit in my time of need. Will definitely recommend Lake Park Storage. They are clean secure and gated all the way around.
