  Worst service I have ever had in my entire life ! I ordered a couch it came damaged been waiting 6 months for them to replace it. Never Receive a call back any time I call !

  Im only giving 1 star because i had too. Went in to this location. Been looking at this sofa for a month now. Finally came in to make purchased. This guy named Washington was the sales guy. Hounded us around the entre store. Even when asked to give us some time to look. I get they work off commission but circling like vultures is not a way to sell. Finally about to make the purchase and numbers were all wrong. They had the sofa priced at $2800. This guy Washington was like well thats wrong i didnt realize sticker was wrong. He tried blaming it on kids that must off ripped signs down. I said no this sofa has been priced at this for a month now. We were offered $2400 4 weeks ago. He sat down on a chair and talked to me like a child. Saying this is not the sticker for this soda but we will give you $100 off of the $3800 couch. I said absolutely not. Your sticker has this sofa advertised. Has been this price for 4 weeks. Stop blaming kids. This was your mistake. Not only today but 4 weeks ago when we talked to other sales Associate. I Finally got the manager. Asked Mr. Washington to walk away from me who kept over talking me even in front of manager. Very rude. Watch your numbers and do your math because they are not right. I was also sypppse to get the $100 Mastercard for the friends and family weekend and the manager didnt even offer me that. Instead I got a kitchen knife set. But after all the aggravating I wasnt about to start with that. Im not about to getting something for nothing. But how Mr. Washington tried to handle it. And living about other kids ripping signs down was not ok with me. Raymour and flannigan messed up and than didnt give the $100 Mastercard. Watch your numbers.
