  Bought an item online, at container store website and purchased an item two and a half weeks ago and it was supposed to be shipped to the Woodland Hills location, after waiting patiently and with no updates about the item, I decided to give a call to the customer service team. They told me to call the store and I did and when I finally called the Woodland Hills location they couldn’t tell me the transparency if the item was gonna be delivered or not, so I called the customer service number again to see what was gonna happen after I told them the Woodland Hills location doesn’t know if the item will be delivered or not, this was by far the worst experience to purchase an item to just have it delving to the store, I usually don’t care about writing reviews when they’re bad but this was the worst, instead I bought my item at macys which is more reliable and confirmed the shipment and date my item will be delivered. Please try another seller when purchasing

  Neat and clean store with lots of merch to get the job done. I was impressed. Pricing was normal to expensive depending on item. Store was easy to navigate and get in and out of too. If you need to get organized now and money is no problem, then this store is for you. Employees were very nice too. Happiness.☺️

  The store is what it is The dang parking lot almost ate my truck 5:30 am I hit a poorly designed curb that jumped out at me :( By the look of the cement I'm not the first and probably not the last ! Please fix this before someone has a real issue and crashes into your store or customers:(
