I had the same thing happen to me. Then "the owner" posts something to the effect of: "The KeyMe Locksmith team is here for you and would appreciate the chance to make this right. Please contact us at your earliest convenience. We look forward to speaking with you and having the opportunity to serve you soon." They can't make this right, because they cant help you. The system is either broken and they haven't fixed it, or they are knowingly ripping people off. Either way, don't give them your business. Ended up calling a second "locksmith" in the "tricounty" area and she was helpful, faster and less expensive.
