I am a real estate agent and I hired them for a client with a serious cat problem. Cats were gone but I thought that the place would be cleared out. Unfortunately when her carpet cleaner arrived, the place was a giant mess. Nothing was moved and cat excrement was still everywhere. Her guy helped me move everything and also helped me clean the cat mess. He charged me so little extra that I felt inclined to give him more. These people are super professional. I will use them again for the duct cleaning. Highly recommend. Easy to get in touch with and do what they say!!
