She answered my inquiry immediately over the weekend- I reached out to 4 Dallas firms and got only one response from them by late Monday. Bella Maison picked up my STINKY rug on Monday, cleaned it, and got it back to me by Friday smelling and looking like new. Bella Maison charged half of what the Dallas people were going to charge (and I would have had to take the rug to Dallas myself). It's a shame they're getting so many hateful fake reviews on here, because they're courteous, professional, and do a great job. I would absolutely use them again.

I called Ruth on a Tuesday and she had a technician to me on Wednesday. Rugs were back by Friday!
