Trevor was extremely prompt, and even called me about 8:20 am, asking if he could arrive early as he was about 10 minutes away from my house. Trevor arrived about 8:30 am, and we immediately "reviewed my pool, and the work needed to be done". By 9:00 am, Trevor was already installing the new 'Polaris booster pump motor'. Trevor then completed the other 'minor repairs' that were needed, and at the same time "explained what and why" he was doing specific things. I realized that Trevor was "conscientious, dedicated and diligent" in "doing the best job possible"! And, James Ayre, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, as well, as he expertly diagnosed a pool issue I was having after a brief description/discussion we had on the phone. Reed's Pool Service has definitely become 'my new pool company for all of my repairs and service work needed'! "Ya'll know what you are doing"!
