Horrible experience. I placed a order on Dec 13th that was supposed to be delivered to my house on Dec 22nd. In-between this time. I received not one phone call from the store. On the 22nd I called to let them know if had placed an order that was scheduled for delivery THAT DAY but no one had called me. I was told I would be called back in an hour. No one never called back. I called again on the 23rd and mentioned again. My order delivery date the 22nd. The girl who answered said I could get it on the 24th. And that someone would call me soon to schedule pickup. By 2pm. No one had called. So I called. A guy took my number down(which later found to be incorrectly took) and said give him 20mins. No call( to my phone at least) I called at 4:30 to remind him. He said he called. I told him i never received the call. We scheduled delivery for the 24th 8am-4p. Come the 24th. It's 3p and still no delivery. So I called. And was told they didn't know my building number so they didn't deliver. Well you don't need a building number. my address brings you straight to my front door. So a weekend goes by and now it's Monday. The reschedule day. No call. So finally I call (like I run the business) and get told someone will be reaching out to me soon. My 18 year old daughter was at the house because I had already taken 3 days off for this and nothing happened. They would not deliver with my 18 year old daughter in the house. Told me I HAD to be there. So I canceled the order. To much run around. Weekly money is still getting taken out my bank account but I canceled the order. Went to RAC. Got my couch delivered in 2 days and they had no issue with my 18 year old daughter being there for delivery since I had to work. Very unprofessional this place Aarons. I would never ever recommend.

We been costumers for years from the Bastrop Location, paid off a lot of furniture never had a problem , until my husband went to this location to purchase a bedroom set for our Son, they deliver him the wrong size , it was all scratched up and missing pieces of the dresser , then I called to complain they were so rude, speaking to the manager he try to make things better until he did not, we cancelled the order and no money back yet still trying to get this thing picked up they keep on rescheduling no respect for your time either when they say they are coming they don't.

Staff is very nice and helpful don't be fooled. I made a deposit on September 6th of $90 and walked out the door to turn around with in 3 minute and say Im going to cancel that order. Its now Oct 5 and still dont have it. They tell me I have to wait until they get cash. That was 2 days ago
Corporate office KNOWS as well and still nothing. Your better off saving up to buy one. Like I did

The worst experience ever. Most of the furniture is used and dirty. Unless you want bed bugs, I strongly suggest you think twice before patronizing this location. The sale person refused to provide the regional managers number. He also said they must rent the used furniture before they can purchase new items. đđ¤¨đ¤

What is meant by âno credit needed?â
âNo Credit Neededâ means that you donât necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores wonât, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
