    Been A Customer For Almost 10 Years. Brought Multiple Stuff From This Location. Never Ever Had A Problem With Delivery Or Anyone Being Unprofessional. Yesterday (10-17-25) I had a washer and dryer delivered. The delivery guys i could not communicate with..which is not a problem but they did not even try to communicate. They did call the store manager (who was super Super Unprofessional) And there was a misunderstanding. This is why there should be communication with delivery drivers too to avoid any miscommunication. This is the absolute worst experience I've had with Aaron's. I sent the washer and dryer back. I drove 32 miles to file a complaint on the drivers and the store manager did nothing but defend them. She gave a half ass apology. Oh and did I mention they broke a cowboy figurine that belonged to my dad (he passed). My mom had just given it to me when she was able to part with it. Guy bumped into my entrance table on the way out. Store manager said there was nothing she could do but have a talk with these guys. And I would have to file a claim to replace what was broken. That is irreplaceable. Store manager said what was needed to say but was super heartless about the whole situation. I will never ever again buy from Aaron's. They lost a loyal customer. But I Did find a better deal with better customer service at RAC. They took great care of me and even had my washer and dryer delivered last night!

    We've gotten a couple items from here and thier delivery people are awsome but in-store seems incompetent of the simplest tasks so far.. I simply wanted to put off a payment because work slowed and struggling at the moment with new baby and two other kids and they assured me they would but sure enough they still took the money and then had the audacity to tell me they vacant refund it in 7 to 10 days... This particular store will likely get no more of our business unless we can speak to someone competent...

    We have had a refrigerator with them since summer time and had our account on auto pay so our payments have always been on time. I forgot to switch our card information and the old card obviously declined. I was really sick the past 2 days and the did call me yesterday but I completely forgot to call them back. The payment is only 2 days late as of right now. (Payment was due on the 20th) So.... rather than giving us a little time to call them back or call us again, THEY CALLED MY MY WORK! Do yourselves a favor and go with the Sears lease it program.
