Armando came out with books and explained and showed us several options . We decided on real wooden shutters. He measured our window not once but twice to ensure the accuracy. They took awhile to come in,but our new shutters were installed by Gabriel yesterday. Just beautiful!!!! Very pleased!! Thank you, Teal (who kept us updated on arrival), Wendy, Armando and Gabriel.
