- A7admiral_peck 7Nov 14, 20251.0Bought our queen box spring mattress and bed set slightly over a year ago, box spring began to break under normal use from two 250lbs human beings within 6 months. Have been trying to get it warrantied since. Finally got a definitive no yesterday despite the fact that we're still paying the furniture off. 4 of the boards on one side and 1 on the other side have simply snapped from motions such as sittimg up in bed to look out the window, crawling across the top of the bed, and rolling over in the middle of the night. Will be replacing their box spring soon with a better quality item. Shame because the rest of the furniture is actually quite good quality for the price.

I went in, picked out the living room set, they told me they couldn't deliver it that same day, which is understandable. I told the lady me and my husband both work 12 hour plus shifts everyday and if they could call me ahead of time, before delivering so I could meet them there. She assured me they would call before they left the store, when they were on the way, and when they were at my door. I made sure it was clear, I needed them to call me ahead of time, because I can't just get up and leave my job. Needless to say, I never recieved a phone call from them telling me they were on the way. The guy gets attitude when I told him through the doorbell camera they were supposed to call me several times before heading to my house, as he's walking away, he says "we did twice". ( I didn't have one missed call that day or any voicemails left) so I call the store to reschedule the delivery. being as I can't just get up and leave work unless I let them know at least 30 minutes ahead of time. She says they can't reschedule delivery, I would have to go pick up sectional myself I told her that would not be possible the lady said would you like to cancel the furniture so I canceled it I have never seen a company so lazy to not even try to resolve such a situation!!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
