    Don’t buy boot from here they tell you you have a 6 months warranty from the pay off day. But when it comes to it it’s only 60 days. Not only that but they call and harass you even when you’ve paid off your items

    Was going to continue lease from this location but after speaking with Ashley on 10/18/25, she was very dismissive and seem like she did not want my business. I went ahead and leased from a different location that actually wanted my business.

    Did an application online and the order was sent to this store by default. Waited 11 days with no communication besides the confirmation from the website. Called to check and see what was going on with the order and when the delivery would be scheduled and were told the store canceled out the order. When asked why we were not informed she stated we were called and she left a voicemail, except that is a blatant lie because I do not even have voicemail set up on my phone. She clearly has no customer service training and talks like she has never even spoke on the phone before. Her comprehension level of questions is either nonexistent  or  she is purposely just ignoring the questions that are asked. She spent the entire phone call just talking over me repeating the same sentence over and over again "just come into the store". Today we went into the store and went up to the desk and she acted in the same rude and unprofessional manner. When giving her the name the order was under she literally rolled her eyes and sighed like she was upset she was being asked to do her job. After pulling up the order she made up a new reason that she could not assist that apparently according to her this isn't the closest store (despite the fact that the corporate website sent the order there by default) and she couldn't process the order or do another order for us at all based on our zip code, which I am assuming is not true because we are standing there trying to buy something and give you money why are you turning us away because of where we live? Didn't even say we can't do delivery from here based on your address just we cannot help you here because your zip code. Even though she told us over and over and over again to just come into the store. I did also call Aarons corporate number to ask what was happening and they informed us that the order was cancelled by the store on the day that we called to check on the order with the store but that there was no reason entered from the store on why order was cancelled. I did also request that the GM of the store contact us but I am going to assume that isn't going to happen as it has not yet and this employee based on the reviews here knows that she is awful at her job and I am assuming the GM also knows. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had when trying to purchase something. This is not an Aaron's problem, I have ordered several items from Aarons at other store and never had a single issue, this is a THIS STORE issue and specifically a this employee issue.

    I've never experienced such unappreciative inpatient group of people! It's a shame that Aaron doesn't give customers store choices... As a good paying NEVER late customer..I'm stuck with this HORRIBLE STORE!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO WORK AND MANAGE THIS STORE!! RUN!!! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON'T COMMUNICATE WELL!
