When you look in the dictionary for "customer service", he is the definition! I'm honestly surprised he hasn't run for governor of Texas yet, he'd probably win the popular vote. Whatever you guys are paying him, you should probably double it and just make him a CEO already!

James is always ready to help and Daniel is very quick to pull my order and load it even before I can get back to my truck. Daniel always confirms the order is correct and Thanks me for my business. That young man is very customer friendly which means a lot and is something you don't find these days. TPS is my go to pool supply store and I highly recommend it to other pool professionals.

Every time I go there, they are walking around dragging their feet at the slowest pace a person could walk, mindlessly around the place. Don’t get me wrong, they are friendly. I just wish I can get in and out in less time than it takes to get acknowledged that you’re standing there.

Really makes a huge difference with some of the incredible delivery services. I am sure that I will forget something in the future but Beth will get it delivered. A very personalized service and I recommend Florida Water Products highly! If you want a gal that will oversee your account with lots of backup of experienced staff, ask for Beth! She is really something else and goes over and beyond to keep my business building pools efficiently! And for me, that is what it is all about: building pools with exceptional service!
