Mind you, I didn’t even order service from this company. When I walked outside he buckled his pants up pretending he didn’t do anything, even though my wife and I CLEARLY saw him urinating in our yard. Wildly inappropriate behavior, I’m still fuming over the blatant disrespect of my home and my family.

My trees are all young still but do require maintenance and structuring so I was very happy to get sound advice on their growth. The crew sent out to do the trimming and pruning, led by Wilson their foreman, consisted of Oleman, Essau and Adrian. They were all professional and kept me involved through the process and gave further guidance on some other issues they found. I am very happy with the results and the reasonable price.

Starting with David (Arborist) who thoroughly explains everything and is fair/upfront with pricing. They have always done a great job keeping our 5 large Oak trees looking great and healthy. The Crew of Wilson, Oleman, Essau and Wilson did an awesome job for us. They showed up on time and were very efficient. I am always most impressed with the clean up. You can tell that everyone takes great pride in their work. We will continue to use Jones Road Tree Service for any of our needs!
