David was right on time to come out and give a quote. The Wilson Crew arrived a week later (on time) to start the job. Wilson,Oleman,Essau and Adrian wasted no time getting started. All four guys were very professional, quick and did an excellent clean up job. My dogs were even happy to see the crew and greeted a few of the guys outside! I am extremely satisfied and will continue to use this company!

The arborist who came to the house was knowledgeable, to the point, and clearly lived and breathed trees. I felt comfortable following his advice on the solutions for the different issues my poor trees were experiencing. The arborist technician who implemented the tree treatments was also very knowledgeable and was all about tree and plant health. She readily answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions in small teaching moments. I really appreciated it as I'm not a green-thumb human. The price was on-point and reasonable for the service they performed and I didn't feel up-sold into unnecessary treatments. Also, there weren't any surprise charges on the invoice. I highly recommend Jones Road Tree Service and we are definitely doing business with them again. If something happens to change my assessment, I'll update this review but I don't anticipate that being a thing. If anything, I'll post pictures of my beautifully blooming giant crepe myrtle trees in the spring. :-)
