I currently have covid so a friend was going to get me meds and my card declined, got onto my account to see that Aaron's had auto drafted a payment from my account that I had already paid. When I called about it I was told It was a new company policy that the payment is auto drafted out if I don't make my payment 7 days before the due date and that when I make my payment I need to make sure I notify them again while I'm making said payment so they can take the auto draft off. I never agreed for my account to be auto drafted in the first place nor gave any permission for it to be nor was I notified of this so called policy change. When I told the lady this was bad business and wasn't going to go over well with customers she told me "it worked pretty good for us so far" I will be returning my purchase as soon as I'm no longer under quarantine.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
