What ever happens to the customer is always right. Well that's that's messed up. If anything breaks, just plain and simple don't but from them. I was a customer for years and that's how they treat there customers.

Why if you inform them that you have lost your wallet and money is spent on your account that you have to wait to be refunded would they not be willing to defer a payment or something ? Instead the man giggles and claims he is trying to help, but informs me that I'm on the bad list. Once this process ends I'll never do it again! The badgering is ridiculous and the process needs to be changed! If I was a non paying customer I could understand, but this isn't the case ! We sought this option as the used item was less expensive than alternative options. It doesn't make logical sense to me and the treatment with giggles is off putting to a point that I debate on continuing to do business with them honestly. They act like shady used car salesmen and that in and of itself is reason enough to say to others if this is not your only option, go elsewhere! We had other options and regretfully didn't take them. To return the item now seems like pissing money away so we won't, but it's not a pleasant journey as of now!

Go to Rent-A-Center good customer service and they put the customers first no matter what Aaron's makes you pay over price for same stuff you can get at Walmart cheaper this place is straight up trash out of the trailer park

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
