  Yard bird was wonderful to do business with! We purchased the Eden set and it's flawless. Beautiful and comfortable. The staff l, especially the manager Schon, did exactly what they said they would do. She called me to inform me along the way. The delivery was perfect and timely. In a world where customer service is hard to find the experience I had with yard bird has made me a customer for life!

  Yardbird was a great experience start to finish. The website for ordering is well-designed, easy to use and shows a lot of variety of photos for the product. The delivery can take awhile, which they are very transparent about before you order, so just be thoughtful about this when ordering. The delivery was well-coordinated and the setup was seamless and looks perfect. The only complaint I can say is the chairs themselves are not adjustable so they can wiggle a bit when you are seated. The color and style of the aluminum is absolutely gorgeous, though, so we definitely give the overall product and experience five stars.

  My husband and I ordered a sectional, 2 chaise lounges, side table, rectangle fire table and covers for all items from Yardbird. We went to the Frisco location and worked with 2 very helpful associates, who helped us design our patio space with use of their to-scale furniture pieces. We went back to the store when we were ready to order, and relied on the associate's expertise to place the order for us. We did have an issue when the furniture arrived, one sectional piece was missing and the end pieces were the wrong design (we wanted "Langdon" and received "Waverly" - identical except for the right/left ends having flat versus curved design). Yardbird Support took care of the issue, and helped order replacements for the pieces that needed to be corrected. It was frustrating to receive the incorrect items, but in the end the Yardbird team made it right. We also received a piece that was unleveled (manufacturing defeat) but again, working with Yardbird Support team was fairly easy, and they shipped us a replacement piece. Now that we have all our furniture pieces and covers, we're excited to relax on the comfortable sectional, and lounge by the pool in our chaise loungers. I highly suggest purchasing the covers for any furniture and tables, they fit well and will help protect your furniture! I would have no concern buying from Yardbird again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for attractive and practical outdoor furniture.

  Good store and staff was very helpful in looking at options, pricing, and placing the order. No pressure saleswoman. We are very happy with the furniture.
