Bought a filter from them installed the filter bottom blew out and the exchange was easy. and someone answered the phone and always has. Even when opened at 630. Don’t go by, they didn’t answer phone to push you away from this company. Maybe the call went unanswered cause of short staff or call ins or they were busy at that time. Hard to keep people in business nowadays. Company is great and fast.
