We also were 1 month out of warranty and the female store manager said she would replace 2 of our cushions. I waited 3 weeks and called her back just for her to tell me I need to call customer service. She then called me to ask if I wanted to purchase the cushions. 220 per cushion. Thanks love sac for not showing the love after a 10k purchase 3 years and 3 months ago. Its best just to buy a new couch every 3 years. I used to be a fan.
