I have called numerous times to inquire about items and he has gone as far as taking pictures and providing detailed descriptions to help me determine whether the drive would be worth my while. If this review was solely based on his customer service, I'd give a 5-star rating. The furniture selection is underwhelming in my opinion. Several items like chairs with prices that start around $1500 had visible damage or noticeable wear and tear. The lighting section in the back of the store seemed the most appealing. You can find fixtures priced very reasonably in boxes on shelves along the wall. Any RH outlet is worth checking out since there are constantly new items arriving. While i haven't made any purchases at this particular store, there is a large enough selection of heavily discounted furniture in good to good-enough condition for me to return.
