But after having an infestation of larvae in my home and Aptive giving me a two day wait time to come because “we aren’t in the route for the day” I completely lost the respect I had for them. That was not a routine service. That was much more of an emergent situation and as a “valued customer,” we should receive better service and sense of urgency and concern than what I did on the phone. I have also had 2 people come out to my home to service it without giving me the 30 minute heads up they are supposed to. This has caused my home to not be serviced when it should and inconveniences both me and the company. Also, the website will not let me schedule appointments and my neighbors have the same issue even after contacting over email to inform Aptive. Will be canceling my membership for these reasons and would not recommend.

The service has, I’m my opinion, controlled pest issues in our home. They have always responded to any issues we have brought to their attention. Although, l do wish the cost was lower.
