Hello & to whom this may concern…
Devon has been cleaning our pool now for quite some time. He is Excellent at what he does, and I would personally recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail as well. These are qualities that you do NOT always find in your average employee, which is why Devon is Not just “ average “.
You don’t always find good employees like Devon. In other words, good employees don’t just come around every single day, and they certainly don’t grow on trees either. My point is that when you have someone special like Devon, I think you should do your best to hold onto him as best as you can. He will make any company better whoever he chooses to work for, and right now that’s your company. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure he could also use a good raise as well, but that’s just my personal opinion. Dude, i think you should step up to the plate, and please give Devon a well deserved raise. C’Mon man, it’s the holidays. Take care of him, the way he takes care of your company every single day.
When you have a “ Rock Star “ working for your company like Devon, I would bet the ranch that you’re gonna do everything you can to hold onto him and not just let him leave and work for some other company, right ?!
This is Not Rocket Science…In every day life, we should ALWAYS treat people with respect, and most importantly…Treat people in life how we want to be treated. This should be a No Brainer, but I’m assuming you do agree with everything I’ve just said in my review regarding Devon, Correct ???
Dude, it’s just Common Sense, and I already know your answer to my last question was definitely a YES, and since your answer was a YES, then you need to take care of Devon the way he takes care of you. It’s the holidays right now which happen once every year. I’m asking you to Please step up to the plate and Hook up Devon with a well deserved nice raise, because he obviously deserves a nice raise.
Last, I strongly doubt that you will EVER see another review quite like my review in your lifetime, because it’s simply one of a kind, and it will never ever be duplicated. I’m asking you to please take care of Devon, because we both know, that Devon deserves a nice raise and he should be told often that he is very much appreciated by his supervisor / manager, and that he is most definitely a valued employee of your company.
Please take EVERYTHING I’ve said in my review into consideration, and do the right thing…because we BOTH know what the right thing would be for you to do, Right ? Again, I already know your answer was YES in All Capital Letters, Right ?
